Treatment programmes

Physiotherapy programmes with a clear start and end

Each programme is built around a specific injury, with a fixed number of sessions. You know from day one what is included, how long it takes, and what to expect. Each programme combines detailed assessment, specific techniques and a sequence of recorded exercise videos so you can follow the plan outside the clinic too.

Programmes

Structured plans, not isolated sessions

There are programmes focused on our main clinical areas: shoulder, neck and back. There are also programmes organised by type of injury for cases in other areas of the body or with a defined clinical pattern.

Specialised programmes by area

For our three main areas of clinical focus.

Programmes by type of injury or process

For cases in other areas of the body or with a defined clinical pattern: knee, ankle, hip, elbow, wrist, TMJ and others.

Post-surgery programme

Structured support from the first weeks after surgery through to return to activity.

€487
  • 1 functional assessment session + ultrasound + first treatment.
  • 7 hands-on sessions: 2 per week during the initial phase to prevent adhesions and manage healing, followed by 5 progressive review sessions + sports rehabilitation exercises.
  • Includes recorded exercise videos

Indicated for: post-surgery recovery for the shoulder, knee, ankle or spine, or any procedure requiring restoration of mobility, strength and functional movement patterns.

Book assessment →

Specialised programmes start from our focused experience in shoulder, neck and back care. Programmes by type of injury apply the same clinical method to other areas of the body, adapted to the tissue involved and to the stage of the process.

Standalone sessions

Standalone sessions make sense for maintenance or an occasional review. If there is an active injury, a structured programme is what delivers results.

Hands-on session €65

Includes the techniques indicated for each case: EPI, percutaneous neuromodulation, ultrasound-guided dry needling, manual therapy, myofascial therapy, magnetotherapy and TENS.

Rehabilitation session €50

Strength, proprioception, balance and motor-control guidance.

Structure

How a programme is organised

Initial assessment

Clinical examination, context, goals and ultrasound when it adds useful information.

Treatment phase

Manual treatment, education, load management and exercise according to the stage of the case.

Review and progression

The plan is reviewed and progressed so recovery does not depend on isolated sessions.
